There are starlings nesting this winter in the top of Belvedere Castle. I believe they are using the ant-bird spikes as supports for their nesting materials. Foolish humans!Anyway, they make a heck of a racket--amazing variety of sounds. They're dirty, noisy birds, and I kind of like them.
