My wife and I went to the PDN PhotoPlus expo on Saturday. On the way back from the Javits Center, we stopped to take some photos at the lot next to the stable house on West 37th Street I mentioned in the last couple of photos. Weirdly enough, there were several interesting birds in the brush just beyond the lot--Golden-Crowned Kinglet, White-Crowned Sparrow, and this Slate-Colored Junco. I guess it's a quiet enough place to stop while migrating.
